Is someone have some experience with such a problem ?

The error codes you provided indicate problems with the seat cushion depth adjustment, forward/back adjustment, a discontinuity in the line to the seat cushion fore/aft motor (M28/8), and a faulty hall sensor in the same motor.
The errors 9067 and 9060 suggest that the motor is not able to calibrate itself correctly.
The error 9302 says that there is a problem with the wiring to the motor, or that the motor itself is defective.
The error 9207 says that the hall sensor on the motor is faulty.
since you said that you removed it then this issue came up?
If you are confident enough to troubleshoot on your own,
Here are a few suggestions to help you potentially resolve the issue:

  • Reset Seat Control Module:
Some electronic issues can be resolved by resetting the seat control module.
If the Youcanic menu does not provide an option for normalization, consider taking it to a qualified Mercedes-Benz service center.
You can also reset the seat control module by disconnecting the battery fir 30 minutes. This may or may not reset the seat control module.
    -Review the Youcanic Menu Again:
Double-check the Youcanic menu for any overlooked options related to seat normalization. The menu structures can vary, and certain functions may be under different categories.
    -Inspect Wiring and Connections:
Check the wiring harness and connectors related to the right front seat. Ensure there are no damaged wires, loose connections, or corrosion.
Focus on the wiring going to the seat cushion fore/aft motor (M28/8).
    -Test the Seat Motor:
Disconnect the seat motor and test it separately. Apply power to the motor and check if it responds correctly.
If the motor is not functioning properly, it may need replacement.
    -Check the Hall Sensor:
Since the hall sensor is reported as faulty, inspect the sensor for any visible damage.
Test the sensor’s functionality or consider replacing it.
    -Consult with a Mercedes-Benz Specialist:
If the issue persists, it’s advisable to consult with a Mercedes-Benz specialist or a dealership. They have access to advanced diagnostic tools and technical expertise to pinpoint and resolve complex electronic issues.

To normalize the seats on your MB try the following:
Move the seat on the full forward position and hold the switch forward for 10 seconds.
Next, move the seat on the full-back position and hold the switch forward for another 10 seconds.
Now move the backrest in full forward position and hold the switch for 10 seconds.
Next move the backrest in full back position and hold the switch for another 10 seconds.
This will normalize the seats in most cases.

Hey brotha The issue with your W221 S550 seat is likely due to a faulty right front seat cushion motor or Hall sensor, as indicated by the error codes. The motor might be malfunctioning or there could be a wiring issue, preventing the seat from lowering. Check the wiring connections to the motor and sensor for any damage. If the wiring is fine, the motor or sensor may need replacing. You can use your YouCanic scanner to test the motor and sensor for proper function. Let me know if you need more help!
