You need to focus on the fault codes of the hybrid battery first. There is an issue with the hybrid battery. Power electronic module has shut down as well but it may not be faulty it may have been request by the BMS.

Hi sir, Your hybrid vehicle is not starting due to potential issues with the hybrid battery or its communication system. The codes P1AF9, P180D, and P0A7F indicate a voltage issue with the battery, a fault in the battery or communication with the control module, and a potential malfunction with the battery itself. With the hybrid battery at 67%, it could be showing an imbalance or charging issue.

To pinpoint the problem, I recommend using a YOUCANIC Scanner for more detailed diagnostics. It can check the battery’s health and provide insights into the hybrid system’s performance, helping you determine whether the battery needs repair or replacement.
